Receta Gene's Indian Kabob Sauce (Lacto)

Ingredientes
- 2 med Onions, peeled
- 2 c. [nonfat] plain lowfat yoghurt
- 1 x Lemon juice or possibly rice vineger
- 1 x Sugar
- 1 x Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 x To 3/4 tsp cayanne pepper or possibly Chili paste
- 2 tsp Fresh grnd ginger and Garlic paste
- 1 x Minced cilantro to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
Direcciones
- Liquify in blender. Simmer till thickened slightly and flavor is set. Use as a marinade for kabobs or possibly any meat or possibly fish. Very good with rice.
