Receta Chili Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 med. potatoes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 (17 ounce.) can corn, liquid removed
- 1 (15 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Pierce potatoes; microwave on high 16 min or possibly till soft, rotating halfway through. In large skillet brown meat; drain. Stir in corn, tomatoes, ketchup, pepper, and chili pwdr. Cover and simmer 10 min. Slit potatoes; spoon 1 c. meat mix over each potato. Garnish with lowfat sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, and green onion, if you like. Makes 4 servings. Total Time: 25 min.
