Receta Chilies Rellenos Al Horno

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounces) SARGENTO(r) Fancy Shredded Monterey Jack or possibly ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. (4-oz) can) ORTEGA(r) Diced Green Chiles
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten ORTEGA(r) Thick & Chunky Salsa
Direcciones
- Toppings: lowfat sour cream, sliced ripe olives, minced green onions PREHEAT oven to 325 F. SPRINKLE 3/4 c. cheese onto bottom of lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with chiles and remaining cheese. Place flour in medium bowl. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring till smooth. Stir in Large eggs; pour mix over cheese.
- BAKE for 45 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cold in pan for 10 min. SERVE with salsa and desired toppings.
