  1. Marinate blueberries and raspberries in dry red wine for 1 hour. Puree 1 pint of strawberries till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients to strawberry puree Bring strawberry mix to a low boil, then remove from heat. Cold, chill for 1 - 2 hrs. Combine marinade and berries with cooled strawberry mix. Ladle into four bowls. Garnish with sprigs of mint and top with lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt.
