Receta Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup
Ingredientes
- 4 c. peeled, seeded, minced cucumbers
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- Several fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- Minced scallions or possibly chives
Direcciones
- Puree everything together in the blender. Save scallion for garnish. Serve cool. Serves 4-6.
