Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Distilled vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Chicken broth
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. When your stir-fry is just about done, move the stir-fry to the outside of the wok. Add in the cooking sauce to the center and mix with juices. When mixed toss with stir-fry to coat.
