Receta Chinese Fried Rice With Shrimps And Peppers

Ingredientes
- 2 x bowls cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion coarsely minced
- 1/4 lb shrimps or possibly prawns salt
- 1/2 x green pepper sliced
- 2 Tbsp. minced red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
Direcciones
- Heat pan add in oil and fry onion till brown Add in shrimps (or possibly prawns) and sliced peppers and fry till semicooked Then add in cool rice and saute/fry gently stirring continlously till the whole begins to brown When mix is warm add in soy sauce then the Large eggs beaten with salt to taste and saute/fry till done
- Serves 4 if served with 2 or possibly more other dishes.
