Receta Chinese Hawaiian Bbq Spareribs

Ingredientes
- 5 lb Spareribs, cut into 3" lengths
- 1 piece of fresh ginger, 1", crushed
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Catsup
- 1 c. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 2 ounce Sherry
Direcciones
- Boil ribs with ginger for 30 min in water. Drain. Mix sauce ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 hour. Broil ribs to brown.
- Serve.
