Receta Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 pound round steak
- 2 lg. green peppers
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 can beef consomme
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Cut round steak in strips and brown in oil. Cut onion and green pepper in 1-inch square pcs. Add in 3/4 can of consomme and the vegetables to the meat. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
- Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce to make paste. Add in to remaining consomme. Pour over meat. Stir and heat through. Serve over rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
