- 4 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 med. onion
Direcciones
- 1. Stir Large eggs, salt and oil together.
- 2. Cut onion into vertical sections.
- 3. Stir-fry onion in oil over low heat till partially cooked. Salt lightly.
- 4. Add in egg mix to onions and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. Serve over cooked rice.
