  1. Thin slice beef and put in bowl. Add in soy sauce. Let stand 10 min. Cut pepper in 1 inch squares. Heat Tbsp. veg. oil on high heat; stir fry pepper. Add in salt and sherry, cook 1 minute. Put on plate, keep hot. Add in remaining oil, garlic and onion; brown. Add in beef, fry 1-3 min till brown. Add in bouillon and bring to boil. Add in vegetables and boil. Thicken with cornstarch. Serves 4.
