Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce, add in to beef and brown
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice, more or possibly less
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can minced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 1/2 cans water
Direcciones
- Mix water with soup and mix with other ingredients. Salt to taste. Grated cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
