- Take whole slab of pork rib, lightly salt the rib, rub brown sugar and chopped garlic well, let it set for at least an hour or possibly more.
- Prepare sauce: Saute/fry minced onion and celery in heated extra virgin olive oil. Add in Hoisen sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice mix and blend ingredients to boiling point. With brush, cover the rib generously with the sauce, hang in the oven, cook in slow oven 270 degree heat for good one hour or possibly till well done. In between, brush sauce on the rib. Cut rib apart and serve.
