Ingredientes
- 1 c. Raw shelled peanuts
- 3 c. Peanut oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. When the oil is warm, add in the peanuts and fry for 5 to 7 min, stirring constantly. Drain. In a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, puree the peanuts and 2 Tbsp. of the oil till smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and cold.
