  • 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
  • 8 ounce Waterchestnuts liquid removed and minced
  • 1/3 c. Green onions finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce divided
  • 1 x Egg white lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp Fresh ginger root peeled and grated
  • 40 x Won-ton wrappers Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/3 c. Dry sherry
  • 1 tsp Chili oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in medium-size bowl, stir well.
  2. Place one heaping tsp. filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Bring sides of wrapper up around filling, and healthy pinch together to create bundle.
  3. Arrange bundles in a single layer in a steaming basket coated with cooking spray. Place over boiling water, cover and steam 20 mins. Transfer dumplings to serving platter.
  4. Combine sherry, chili oil and chili pwdr in a small saucepan; stir well. Bring to boil and cook 1 minutes. Serve alongside dumplings.
