Receta Chinese Turkey Dumplings

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
- 8 ounce Waterchestnuts liquid removed and minced
- 1/3 c. Green onions finely minced
- 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce divided
- 1 x Egg white lightly beaten
- 2 tsp Fresh ginger root peeled and grated
- 40 x Won-ton wrappers Vegetable cooking spray
- 1/3 c. Dry sherry
- 1 tsp Chili oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in medium-size bowl, stir well.
- Place one heaping tsp. filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Bring sides of wrapper up around filling, and healthy pinch together to create bundle.
- Arrange bundles in a single layer in a steaming basket coated with cooking spray. Place over boiling water, cover and steam 20 mins. Transfer dumplings to serving platter.
- Combine sherry, chili oil and chili pwdr in a small saucepan; stir well. Bring to boil and cook 1 minutes. Serve alongside dumplings.
