- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pch pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. canola oil
- 1 1/2 x chipotle pepper seeded and chopped
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

- SLOWLY incorporate half of the oil. Add in chipotles and finish incorporating remaining oil.
