  • 2 1/4 c. cream - (560ml)
  • 1/2 c. sugar - (125ml)
  • 1/4 c. dark cacao pwdr - (60ml)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk chocolate couverture melted - (250ml) Drink
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate syrup - (45ml)
  • 3 Tbsp. cognac - (45ml)
  • 4 tsp creme de cacao - (20ml)
  • 3 Tbsp. cream - (45ml)

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan mix combine cream, sugar and sifted cocoa pwdr. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and strain into a glass bowl. Add in the melted mix to the cream and pour into jar. Put in the fridge and let cold down.
  2. Note: The syrup can be used many drinks. Store it in an airtight jar and keep refrigerated. It will keep for months. To dilute the syrup try cream or possibly alcohol. To sweeten it try condensed lowfat milk.
  3. Drink:Bring syrup to room temperature. Combine the cognac, creme de cacao and cream in a cocktail shaker. Add in chocolate syrup and shake it up. Pour into a decorative cocktail glass. Top up with whipped cream and grated chocolate and serve.
