Receta Chocolate And Grand Marnier Terrine

Ingredientes
- 175 gm Plain chocolate
- 60 gm Unsalted butter
- 300 ml Lowfat milk
- 150 ml Whipping cream
- 10 gm Leaf gelatine, soaked in cool water
- 60 gm Caster sugar
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp Or possibly 1/2 pod opened of vanilla/essence
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier Cocoa pwdr, icing sugar and mint sprig for decoration
Direcciones
- Break the chocolate up and put in a bowl and heat. Add in the butter.
- Heat the lowfat milk with the vanilla pod and pour over the melted chocolate. Add in the gelatine and stir. Whisk the egg and sugar together till light and add in to the chocolate lowfat milk. Add in the Grand Marnier.
- Keep on the heat and stirring till thickens slightly. Don't boil.
- Remove from the heat, and cold down by placing on a bowl of crushed ice or possibly/and whisking. Whip the cream and fold into the chilled chocolate mix. Line a terrine with cling film and pour in the chocolate mix.
- Leave to set in the refrigerator. Serve a slice of terrine with a little kumquat marmalade.
