Receta Chocolate Banana Creme Brulee

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk plus 2 Tbsps
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 3 1/2 ounce bittersweet chocolate, minced
- 5 x egg yolks
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar plus 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar plus 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 x bananas, sliced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 275F. Bring lowfat milk and cream mixed together to a boil; add in minced chocolate. Set aside for 5 min.
- In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with granulated sugar. While whipping egg mix, pour in lowfat milk, cream and chocolate mix. Let cold.
- Fill six ungreased ramekins with equal amounts of chocolate brulee mix. Poach in a water bath in oven for about 40 min. When creme brulees are set, transfer to a sheet pan; let cold.
- To serve: Decorate top of each with 5 or possibly 6 slices of bananas. Sprinkle with brown sugar; broil till sugar melts and turns golden brown color.
