Receta Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. butter (melted)
- 1/4 c. bourbon
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Direcciones
- In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, stir together sugar and corn starch. Beat in large eggs till well blended. With wooden spoon, stir in pecans and chocolate pcs.Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven 50-60 min or possibly till set around the edges. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
