Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Chocolate, semisweet
- 1/2 c. Warm water
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 x Icing sugar
Direcciones
- In large heatproof bowl set over warm water, heat chocolate with water, stirring till smooth. Remove from heat; let cold slightly.
- Whisk in egg whites and vanilla. Stir together sugar, flour, baking pwdr and salt; stir into chocolate batter just till combined. Pour into lightly greased 8 in. square cake pan. Bake in 350F oven for 20 to 25 min or possibly till edges pull away from pan. Let cold on rack; dust with icing sugar.
