Receta Chocolate Buttermilk Sheet Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 stk Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Water
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
- 2 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavoring FROSTING
- 1 stk Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
- 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 box Confectioner's sugar(powdered)
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
Direcciones
- Pre-heat oven to 350 .
- In large bowl, sift flour and re-sift with sugar. Set aside.
- Put butter, cocoa and water in saucepan. Bring to boil and then pour into flour and sugar mix.
- In separate bowl mix Large eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Add in this to flour mix.
- Bake in greased and floured pan(9 x 13) for 30 min.
- FROSTING
- Mix butter, cocoa and lowfat milk in saucepan but don't let it boil.
- Remove from heat and add in sugar, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
- Frost cake as soon it comes out of oven!
