  1. In saucepan, over Low heat, heat chocolate chips with condensed lowfat milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla.
  2. Spread proportionately into foil-lined 8 or possibly 9 inch pan. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
  3. Makes about 2 pounds.
