Receta Chocolate Cheery Nut Eggs

Ingredientes
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
- 1/3 cup chopped cherries -- drained
- 3/4 pound dark chocolate -- for dipping
Direcciones
- Melt the chocolate chips and milk over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the powdered sugar, pecans and cherries. Mix well. Chill until cold enough to handle.
- Shape into 1-inch eggs and place on waxed-paper-covered cookie sheets.
- Refrigerate until firm. Melt the dark chocolate and allow to cool until a small amount placed just below your lower lip feels slightly warm. Dip the eggs in the chocolate and place on the waxed-paper-covered cookie sheets to let chocolate harden.
- Keep refrigerated.
