  • 1/2 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 6 pili nuts (optional - adds creaminess)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Living Tree Community Tahini Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Dream of Paradise (optional) - or just eat it out of the jar!!!!
  • 2 Tablespoons white chia seeds
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Coriander Blossom or Snugglespoon Honey (or your fav sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • handful of kale or greens (optional)
