Receta Chocolate Cherry Upside Down Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 can Cherry pie filling, (21oz)
- 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Veg. oil
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

- Spread cherry pie filling proportionately over bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch pan. In large bowl, stir flour with sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Add in liquid to dry mix, all at once. Stir, just to moisten. Pour batter proportionately in pan over cherry filling.
- Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 30-35 min. Cold 10 min in pan; invert onto plate and cold.
