Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 x egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 ounce bittersweet chocolate, cut into chunks vanilla ice cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F.Cream together butter and sugar till smooth. Add in egg and vanilla and blend in.
- Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chunks.
- Drop by Tbsp. onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 min, till golden around the edges.
- To Assemble:Scoop generous amounts of good quality vanilla ice cream and sandwich between 2 cookies.
