Receta Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 6 x Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 3 can Evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs with an electric mixer on high, add in sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Stir in candy and evaporated lowfat milk, mixing till combined. Stir in lowfat milk. Pour mix into a 5 qt ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Allow ice cream to ripen at least 1 hour.
- Yield: about 1 gallon.
