Receta Chocolate Coconut Square

- 224 gm plain cooking chocolate
- 112 gm margarine
- 112 gm caster sugar
- 224 gm dessicated coconut
- 112 gm glace cherries minced
- 2 x Large eggs

- Method1 Heat chocolate in a basin over warm water then pour into a greased and lined Swiss roll tin place in refrigerator to set 2 Over a gentle heat heat the margarine. Remove from heat stir in sugar coconut and cherries mix well 3 Beat in eggs4 Spread mix over chocolate base and bake in preheated oven 5 When cooked leave till cool then cut into squares
- small oven: 180 degrees C approx 20 min PREHEATED bottom shelffan oven: 170 degrees C approx 20-25 min PREHEATED
