Receta Spicy Black Eyed Peas

Ingredientes
- 1 lb dry black-eyed peas
- 5 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 3 x vegetable bouillon cubes
Direcciones
- Sort and wash peas; place in a Dutch oven. Cover with water 2 inches above peas. Let soak 8 hrs. Drain peas; return to Dutch oven. Add in 5 c. water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 min and till tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.
