Receta Chocolate Fondue

Ingredientes
- 8 sqr (1-ounce) semisweet chocolate
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Instant coffee crystals

- In a heavy saucepan, heat chocolate over low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk and regular lowfat milk till well blended. Heat through. Transfer to fondue pot; place over fondue burner. (If mix becomes too thick, stir in a little more lowfat milk.) Spear fondue dipper with a fondue fork and dip into fondue.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Coffee Fondue: Prepare chocolate fondue as above, but dissolve 2 Tblsp.
- instant coffee crystals in the 1/3 c. lowfat milk; stir into chocolate mix.
- Continue as directed.
