Receta Chocolate Mints

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. almond bark
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 3 tbsp. whipping cream
Direcciones
- Line 12 x 9 pan with waxed paper. Combine 2/3 of the bark with chocolate chips in double boiler or possibly microwave to heat. Stir smooth. Put 1/2 of chocolate mix in pan and chill 20 min to set and cold. Put rest of chocolate aside.
- Put the reserved amount of almond bark in double boiler and heat. Add in coloring and extract (mix will be thick) add in cream and spread over first layer. Set and cold. Spread rest of chocolate mix over above layers and set 20 min. Cold in refrigerator. Remove from pan by lifting wax paper out of pan. Set at room temperature before cutting cut into small bars.
