Receta Chocolate 'N Oat Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. unsifted flour
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced English walnuts
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can use any flavor)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, and butter; mix well. Reserving 1/2 c. oat mix, press remainder on bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Bake 10 min.
- Pour sweetened condensed lowfat milk proportionately over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Top with remaining oat mix; press down firmly. Bake 25-30 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold; cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
