Receta Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (plain or possibly chunky)
- 2 1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal (not cooked)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix butter, sugar, cocoa and lowfat milk thoroughly in saucepan on stove. Boil 1 minute; stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Quickly add in the peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Spoon onto waxed paper as soon as possible and let dry. (Takes 1-3 hrs, depending on humidity.)
