Receta Chocolate Peanut No Bake Cookies

- 5 c. Corn flakes
- 1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Peanut butter chips
- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Raisins

- About 3 dozen cookies
- Crush corn flakes (2 1/2 c. flakes); set aside. Place chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and shortening in medium microwave proof bowl.
- Microwave on high (full pwdr) for 1-2 min. Mix should be smooth when stirred. Add in crushed flakes and raisins, stir till well coated. Drop by tsp. onto waxed paper, covered tray. Cover, refrigeratetill hard. Store room temperature in tightly covered container.
