Ingredientes

1 1/2 c. Plus 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa-pwdr, sifted
3 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
1 1/3 c. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c. Above mix
2 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk till all ingredients proportionately distributed. Pour into a 6-c. container with a tight- fitting lid. Store in a cold, dry place. Use within 3-4 months.
CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING: In a saucepan combine pudding mix and lowfat milk. Cook and stir till mix thickens. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into 6 serving bowls.
