Receta Chocolate Raspberry Cheescake Low Fat

Ingredientes
- 3 sqr semisweet chocolate Or possibly chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Water
- 8 ounce Tub of lite or possibly fat free Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Raspberry fruit spread [lite] Or possibly more if you like
- 12 ounce Lite whipped topping
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 36 x Fresh raspberries
- 2 x Chocolate wafer cookies, Crushed
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate with water on low heat till almost melted, remove and stir till completely melted. [mix will be thick.] Beat chocolate, cream cheese and 1/4 c. fruit spread. Immediately stir in whipped topping till smooth. Spread in 8 or possibly 9" pie plate; freeze 3 to 4 hrs. Remove from freezer, let stand 15 min. Briefly heat and stir remaining fruit spread and water till well blended; garnish.
