Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 2/3 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Butter; 2 x Large eggs; 1/2 tsp Mint extract; 2 sqr bitter chocolate, melted; 1/3 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Powdered sugar

Ingredientes

2 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt
1 2/3 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
2 x Large eggs
1/2 tsp Mint extract
2 sqr bitter chocolate, melted
1/3 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Powdered sugar

Direcciones

Sift first three dry ingredients; cream butter, sugar, Large eggs and extract.
Add in chocolate. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk. Divide dough in half. Cover tightly and refrigeratefor 2 hrs. Shape in 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min on greased cookie sheet.
These "crackle" during baking, so which the appearance is which of a
"cracked" surface with powdered sugar on the higher parts of the surface.
