Receta Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix (Duncan Hines Deluxe II)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can coconut
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add in water. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan. Arrange nuts and coconut in sugar mix. Mix cake as directed on package. Pour batter over mix in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till cake tests done with a toothpick. Let stand 5 min for topping to set. Turn upside down on serving plate. Serve with whipped cream, if you like.
