Name: Chocolate Waffle Cookies
Ingredients: 6 Tbsp. Cocoa Pwdr; 1 Tbsp. Shortening; 6 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine; 1 c. Flour; 2 x Large eggs; 3/4 c. Sugar; 1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Ingredientes

6 Tbsp. Cocoa Pwdr
1 Tbsp. Shortening
6 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
1 c. Flour
2 x Large eggs
3/4 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Direcciones

Heat first three ingredients in small pan, then set aside to cold. Mix rest, then add in chocolate mix. Drop by teaspoonful on each square of a waffle iron and cook for one minute. When cold drizzle with melted frosting. I use BC chocolate frosting but a cocoa/powdered sugar/lowfat milk frosting would work well also.
