Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Chorizo, pork or possibly beef
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, taco size
- 1 pt. salsa
- Butter
- 6 slices bread
Direcciones
- Remove skins from Chorizo and place in large frying pan. Over medium high heat, cook Chorizo stirring frequently. To remove fat, place bread slices on top and let them soak up fat, turn using spatula, throw away. Add in large eggs and blend well. Serve with heated tortillas, butter and salsa. Great breakfast when camping.
