Receta Chorizo and pepper skewers
This is a great grilling side. I like to make this side when grilling steak. And it is easy too!
Ingredientes
- 8oz. Chorizo sliced (kind of chunky slices
- 1/2 small baguette cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2tblsp. E.V.O.O
- Kosher salt
Direcciones
- Soak 16 skewers in water
- build skewers (starting with bell pepper is what I do)
- drizzle E.V.O.O over them
- Sprinkle with salt and grill.
