- Ricotta Cooked
- Onions
- Bell peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic
- Pepper/chilli
- Basil chopped
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tomatoes chopped

- Wash clean mushrooms,pluck steam out pat dry,place on baking flat sheet baking pan.season mushrooms with olive oil,salt pepper,set aside. Next chopp onion bell peppers garlic onions basil tomatoes chili.place in hot skillet with olive oil,saute for 5mins take off from stove heat.let cool.chop mozzarella cheese in cubes.add ricotta. Mix with herbs and cheese in a bowl.then stuff mushrooms with all ingredients. Turn oven to 220 degrees place mushrooms in oven for 20 mins. Let cool then serve
