Ingredientes
- 4 c. minced cabbage
- 3 c. minced cauliflower
- 2 c. minced onions
- 2 c. minced green tomatoes
- 2 c. minced sweet green peppers
- 1 c. minced sweet red peppers
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. Heinz pure vinegar 5% acid
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Direcciones
- Combine minced vegetables; sprinkle with salt. Let stand 4 to 6 hrs in a cold place. Drain well.
- Prepare home canning jars and lids according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Combine vinegar, sugar, and spices; simmer 10 min. Add in vegetables; simmer 10 min. Bring to boiling. Carefully ladle warm relish into warm jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust caps.
- Process 10 min in a boiling water bath canner.
- This recipe yields 4 pints.
