Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb Beef cubes.(5 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 x Sliced onions
- 28 ounce Can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Dry chrushed red peppers
- 2 c. Minced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Lard
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 2 c. Minced potatoes
Direcciones
- Coat beef in a mix of flour, paprika,1 teaspoon chili pwdr and salt.
- Brown in warm fat in a large Dutch oven. Add in onion and garlic and cook till soft. Then add in tomatoes, chili pwdr, cinnamon, cloves and peppers. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Add in potatoes and carrots and cook till vegetables are done, about 45 mins.
