Receta Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. warm sauce
- 1 tsp browning and seasoning sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 7 min or possibly till sugar dissolves. Cover and refrigeratesauce till ready to serve. Serve with "Smoked Pork Shoulder" (see recipe).

- Comments: This sauce is often referred to as Lexington-Style Dip, but there are many variations. Most folks cannot resist adding their own touch.
