Receta Cilantro Aioli

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Liquid removed capers
- 1/3 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 4 Tbsp. Chopped scallions, green part only
- 1 tsp Seeded and chopped serrano chile
- 1 tsp Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil, to 3/4 c. Kosher salt, to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the oil and salt and pepper. Process to combine. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the oil till the aioli is emulsified.
- Scoop the aioli into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. This may be prepared a day in advance and kept tightly covered and refrigerated.
