1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. butter
1 x egg

Direcciones

Use sweet bread setting if available.
NOTES : I found a recipe in a Land O'Lakes brochure which promised to make a loaf of bread which tastes just like a commercial cinnamon bun. Well, it doesn't, but it is extremely good. Hot with sweet butter, it's darned close to a cinnamon roll in flavor, albeit not in texture.
