Receta Cinnamon And Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 1 x Egg
- 2 1/4 c. Pillsbury best all purpose flour
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar

- 1. In large bowl, combine 1 c. sugar and butter, beat till light and fluffy. Add in egg; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c., level off. Stir in flour and 1 tsp. of the cinnamon, mix till well blended.
- Cover with plastic wrap; chill 1 hour for easier handling.
- 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. In small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. sugar and remaining 2 tsp. cinnamon, mix well.
- 3. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls, roll in sugar cinnamon mix. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. With bottom of glass, flatten each ball of dough till about 1/4 inch thick.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 11 to 15 min or possibly till hard to the touch.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
- Makes 18 cookies
