Receta Citrus Poppy Seed Delight

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 box (18.25-ounce) lemon cake mix
- 2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
- 1 x Lemon, zest of
- 1 x Orange, zest of
- 2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 x Lemon, zest of
- 1 x Orange, zest of

- CAKE: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan with the nonstick spray. Using an electric mixer, beat together the orange juice, oil and Large eggs. Add in the cake mix to the batter; mix till completely moistened. Continue mixing for 2 min on high. Mix in the poppy seeds and zest. Pour the batter into the bundt pan. Bake 30-35 min. Invert cake onto cake plate; cold completely. Spoon icing over cake and top with extra zest.
- ICING: Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Icing should be moderately thick. Add in more sugar or possibly juice till icing is at desired consistancy.
